CA. Jobby George, Managing Partner and Operations Head of the Head Quarters of our firm, is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered accountants of India. He is a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. He brings in with him, his 2 years of industry exposure and over 11 years of consulting experience. Before being active in consulting, he was serving as Financial Controller of a well-known manufacturing company in Cochin.

His areas of professional expertise are Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation, Corporate Law Matters, and Agricultural Income Tax etc. He holds experience in Project Consultancy, Assessment Procedures under various Statutes, Statutory, Internal and Concurrent Auditing of Corporates, Non Corporates, Trusts, Nationalised and Scheduled Banks etc.

CA. Shabu T. P. FCA, DISA (ICAI)

CA. Shabu T. P., Senior Partner and Operations Head of the Thrissur branch of our firm, is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a Bachelor of Science from Calicut University, Kerala. He is also a qualified Information System Auditor. He brings in with him over 11 years of consulting experience. He holds experience in Project Consultancy, Assessment Procedures under various Statutes, Statutory, Internal and Concurrent Auditing of Corporates, Non Corporates, Chit Business, Trusts, Nationalised and Scheduled Banks etc.

CA. Binu Sebastian FCA

CA. Binu Sebastian, Senior Partner and Operations Head of Kochi-Poonithura Branch of our firm, is a graduate in commerce and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is into the profession of Chartered Accountancy for more than 10 years and is a full time practising Chartered Accountant since 2006.

Over the past one decade he has gained immense experience in all types of audits including Government Audits, Bank Audits, Consulting, Financial and Advisory Services etc. He is an expert in Internal and Statutory Audits, Assurance Services, Taxation both at personal and corporate level, Project Finance and Management Consultancy Services. He has hands on experience in International Taxation, Mergers and Acquisitions, Tonnage Taxation and handling Assessments before various statutory authorities. He has handled audits of various multinational companies.

He is very keen in updating his professional knowledge and is a regular participant in the seminars and workshops conducted by ICAI.

CA. Ujwal D FCA

CA. UJWAL. D, Partner and Operations Head of Bangalore branch of our firm is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered accountants of India. He is a Bachelor of Commerce from Anna Malai University, Chennai. His career started as Internal Auditor of a public company in the hospitality industry in 2009. After that he joined an outsourcing service company in Trivandrum as Reviewer of XBRL Reports of US companies reporting to SEC and worked for almost 2 years.

He worked on all levels of XBRL tagging including complicated detail tagging which uses extensions and dimensions. He started his consultancy in September of 2011. His experience includes XBRL, Statutory Audit, Government Audit, Taxation, Internal Audit and Management Consultancy.

CA. Thomas Mathew ACA

CA. Thomas Mathew, Partner and Operations Head of Calicut branch of our firm is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered accountants of India. He is a Bachelor of Commerce from Calicut University, Calicut. His career started as a SAP Consultant in a public company, Bangalore in 2010. After that he joined a construction company in Qatar as Finance Manager and worked for almost 2 years. He was responsible for entire finance and accounts functions of the company.

He started his consultancy in September of 2012. His experience includes XBRL, Statutory Audit, Government Audit, Taxation, Internal Audit and Management Consultancy.

CA. Toly T Kappen, Partner and Operations Head of Thodupuzha branch of our firm is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered accountants of India. He is a Bachelor of Commerce from Mahathma Gandhi University, Kottayam. His Career started as a Finance Manager of a reputed company in Abu Dhabi in which he worked for almost 5 years and was responsible for entire finance and accounts functions of the company.

He started his consultancy in September of 2012. His experience includes XBRL, Statutory Audit, Government Audit, Taxation, Internal Audit, and Management Consultancy.

CA. Bijoy M. Poulose MFM, MPhil, ACA

CA. Bijoy M Poulose, Partner and Operations Head of Aluva branch of our firm is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered accountants of India with about 5 years’ of consulting experience. He is a Post Graduate in Financial Management from Pondicherry University. He had been awarded M Phil in Commerce by Annamalai University, for his research study on “The Reach of Micro Insurance in Ernakulam District of Kerala State”. He is an expert in Audit & Assurance Services. He is an Advisor to many clients on Direct, Indirect and International Taxation, with-holding Tax Procedures, Corporate Law and other regulatory requirements, Risk and Compliance Advisory, Valuation and other Management Consultancy Services.

He has hands on experience in Business Planning & Advisory, Project Financing, Business Set up & Entry Strategies etc. He has been exposed to IT, ITES, Medicare, Hospitality, Retail Trade, Advertising, Cinema, Non-Banking Finance, Shipping, Logistics, Construction Industry etc.
