Prevention of sexual harasament at your work place (PoSH):

The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 is a legislative act in India that seeks to protect women from sexual harassment at their place of work. Latest survey found that 70% of women employees do not report sexual harassment at the workplace and rest 30% will not raise their voice because of various reasons. Employees often struggle, coherent and identifying behaviours of sexual harassment. Unpacking legal definitions, our interventions cover the Act in an accessible manner and build awareness of employees’ roles and responsibilities, in creating respectful workplaces.

  1. Setting up POSH mechanism at your workplace.
  2. A professional external Consultant having extensive exposure on POSH.
  3. Assist in formulating the Policy of the Company under the above Law and/or provide feedback on the existing Policy.
  4. Conduct training workshops for the Internal Committee Members / Top management/Employees.
  5. Organising annual review meeting as per law.
  6. Be a part of the investigation process, in case of any complaint that would come before the Committee.
